The Sales Assistant assists the Sales Manager in achieving monthly financial goals by promoting the facility and special events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop a strong relationship with client through personable and professional communications to ensure a successful direct sales program, in accordance with goals established by department budget and marketing plan. Assist in maximizing current key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth. Develop a full working knowledge of the company brand and the facility operations, including Food and Beverage, Reservations, Golf, Ski and Recreation. Develop a complete knowledge of the company’s sales policies and standard operating procedures regarding sales, and ensure compliance. Assist the Sales Manager with clerical and administrative duties. Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager.
