At Dublin Retirement Village, a Senior Star community, our Community Relations (Sales) Coordinator hold a crucial role in the community. Responsibilities

Own the sales journey from relationship-building to results.
Drive occupancy and revenue by actively generating leads, advancing prospects, and turning relationships into move-ins.
Build a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, outreach, events, home visits, and referral relationships.
Create legendary prospect experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and distinctly Senior Star.
Learn what matters to each prospect and use those details to create meaningful personal touches throughout their journey.
Build trust with seniors and families as they explore Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, helping them discover the option that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
Follow up with purpose and persistence — knowing when to listen, when to nurture, and when to ask for the commitment.
Build strong professional referral relationships that consistently generate qualified leads.
Own your CRM, pipeline, sales activities, follow-up, and results.
Partner with the entire community to ensure every tour, interaction, and move-in showcases Senior Star at its best.
Know your market, understand your competition, and continually look for new opportunities to grow.
