About The Position

The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Field and ISG Sales groups in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Coordinate new construction service installation orders and scheduling. This position is on-site 4 days a week in the office in Wilkes-Barre, PA and one day remote. Ideal candidates can live in the following areas: Wilkes-Barre, Archbald, Hazleton, Carbondale, Clarks Summit, Mountain Top.

Requirements

Experience in an office environment with the ability to work with the public on a daily basis.
Must have strong communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to speak clearly and concisely to potential customers.
Must be well organized and reliable.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or greater
Proficiency working with DOJM, SAP, Fieldbook, ESRI, and Microsoft Office along with any other relevant systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Input all necessary data in SAP, DOJM, Design Manager and Fieldbook systems. Ensure all necessary paperwork is processed so the customers receive service in a timely manner and reports are kept up to date. Provide the necessary support for ISG and Field Sales.
Take incoming calls from builders and contractors and direct as needed. Communicate with builders to schedule service installations and set up new accounts.
Assist area sales with customer contact as it pertains to customer follow up, canvassing, direct mail & telemarketing. Respond to customer complaints and other customer issues.
