About The Position

Key Heating & Cooling seeks a bright and friendly face to join our sales team. Key is a fast paced residential heating and cooling company. The main function of this position is to be the main liaison for all sales department leads, set and/or confirm all appointments, coordinate meetings, ongoing customer follow up, prospect follow up, lead tracking, sales tracking and other sales department related tasks. The goal is to ensure the sales department is doing all it can to make the most of every lead! You will also work closely with the service department capturing replacement sales leads and booking non-demand service appointments as part of the CSR team.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word+, Email Composition, etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Multi-phone line experience
• Positive Attitude
• Strong work ethic
