About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Sales Contact Centre Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth. This results-driven leader will join Karmo, in partnership with Cruise Control Group, to lead and scale a blended offshore and onshore sales contact centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach teams, optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and build processes that support a growing sales operation. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a sales contact centre or call centre team
  • Experience leading inbound and/or outbound sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Experience coaching and developing sales representatives through QA and performance management
  • Experience building or scaling sales operations, processes, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Computer: RAM: 8GB

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales contact centre team
  • Drive sales performance by improving conversion rates, productivity, and revenue
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and provide performance insights
  • Conduct call monitoring, quality assurance, and coaching sessions
  • Develop and improve sales scripts, scorecards, and QA frameworks
  • Manage team occupancy, adherence, scheduling, and workforce productivity
  • Collaborate with operational managers to resolve customer and booking escalations
  • Improve CRM hygiene, lead management, dialer strategies, and sales processes
  • Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
