We're looking for an experienced Sales Contact Centre Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth. This results-driven leader will join Karmo, in partnership with Cruise Control Group, to lead and scale a blended offshore and onshore sales contact centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach teams, optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and build processes that support a growing sales operation.
