Requirements

2+ years of dealership sales experience required.
Proven track record of consistent monthly performance (volume, gross, CSI) at a franchised dealership.
Strong CRM discipline; pipeline stays productive between floor ups.
Relationship-first approach; earn sales through trust and preparation, not pressure.
Comfortable with digital sales tools and communication (text, email, video).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Toyota or Japanese brand experience is a meaningful advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage a full sales pipeline with CRM discipline, working inbound leads, outbound follow-up, and repeat/referral buyers consistently.
Guide guests through Toyota's full lineup, connecting product knowledge (reliability, value, technology, hybrid, EV) to buyer priorities.
Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and negotiate with transparency to earn long-term guest loyalty.
Collaborate with finance and management for a seamless, pressure-free purchase process.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for volume, gross, and CSI.
Stay current on Toyota's lineup, incentives, TFS financing, and hybrid/EV offerings.
