About The Position

Air Charter Service is currently hiring ambitious and driven candidates to join our Group Charter Division as a Sales Consultant. This position is suitable for individuals with previous sales experience, customer-facing roles, or a keen interest in sales and motivated by constant development. ACS New York is seeking an individual who has experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships, and is interested in joining an exciting industry. Our clients consist of fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sport & entertainment organizations. We manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our team focuses on providing high-quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure our client’s chartering experience is a success!

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales cycle
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and team
  • Grow a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
  • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
  • Set and exceed goals with quality and precision
  • Presents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures 24/7
  • Make clear and timely decisions that keep clients happy and missions on track
