About The Position
LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, combining medical expertise with luxury-level service across hundreds of clinics nationwide. Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) are trusted advisors who build loyal patient books and drive business outcomes. The role involves owning the consultation relationship from the first interaction through long-term loyalty. The PCC will be responsible for conducting one-on-one consultations, designing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. This includes educating patients on services, presenting treatment plans and financing options, and collaborating with clinicians and the Location Director for a premium patient experience. The role utilizes a custom CRM for lead generation and patient history access.
Requirements
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
- Weekend availability required.
- Motivated by results.
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one consultations.
- Educating patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
- Presenting treatment plans and financing options.
- Partnering with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience.
- Building and growing a patient book and achieving revenue targets.
- Guiding patients through their full aesthetic journey and building long-term relationships.
