About The Position

We are accepting applications for individuals who meet our minimum qualifications and who can provide instruction within the area of Community & Personal Enrichment. Pay will vary by course being taught.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and current State of Wisconsin Aesthetics licensure.
• Twelve months of occupational experience other than in the educational field for academic subject instructors.
• Twenty-four months of directly related occupational experience for occupational subject instructors.
• One year of occupational experience must be within the last five years.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching experience in an accredited Aesthetics program.
• Aesthetics Instructor certificate.
• Laser / IPL Experience performing Laser Hair Removal (3+ years) and/or Experience performing IPL/BBL treatments (3+ years)
• Experience performing Microneedling (2+ years)
• Experience performing Dermaplane, Chemical peels (2+ years)
• Licensed Aesthetics experience (5+ years)

• Providing instruction to students within the assigned and approved instructional delivery system and in accordance with the mission, goals, policies and procedures of the District.
• Providing an active learning environment to enable students to demonstrate course competencies.
• Creating a student learning centered environment that places learning at the center of educational experiences.
