About The Position

This is a general application for Sales Consultant openings across Swickard's Portland and Eugene area dealerships. There is no specific position available at this time. Qualified candidates will be contacted as opportunities arise. Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. We operate multiple dealerships across the Portland and Eugene area -- representing BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and Honda. When Sales Consultant openings arise at any of our stores, we want qualified candidates ready to move. No automotive experience required -- we hire for the right mindset and hospitality instinct, and train the brand knowledge. Requirements

• No automotive experience required -- sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or any consultative guest-facing background welcome
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career
• Clear, honest communicator who follows through on every commitment
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through the lineup with growing product knowledge -- connecting the brand's story to what matters most to each individual buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
