The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) acts as a trusted advisor, building loyal patient relationships and driving business outcomes. This role involves owning the entire consultation relationship from the initial interaction through long-term loyalty, ensuring patients leave with a plan they are excited about and achieve desired results.
Requirements
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
- Polished, confident, and patient-centered.
- Weekend availability required.
- Motivated by results.

Responsibilities
- Lead one-on-one consultations with patients.
- Design customized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey.
- Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
- Present treatment plans and financing options.
- Partner with clinicians and Location Directors to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Utilize LaserAway's custom CRM for lead management and patient history access.
- Manage a patient book and work towards a revenue target.
