Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team in Spokane, WA. This role involves helping people live healthier lives in an energetic and positive team environment. Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, empathy, and sincere hospitality.
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumer - via phone and in person.
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks.
• Giving studio tours.
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide 1st time guests through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Understanding people's needs and helping them find a solution to fit their goals and needs.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following though on contacting prospective clients.
• Assisting current members with their needs in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution.
• Participating in marketing, canvasing, and local community outreach and tabling events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
