Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming luxury-level dealership experience from the moment they arrive
  • Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service throughout every step of the customer journey
  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and confidently demonstrate Lexus vehicle technology, features, and benefits
  • Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process from consultation to delivery
  • Guide customers through financing options and complete sales application processes
  • Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of current Lexus inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology
  • Coordinate and conduct test drives while highlighting luxury features and performance capabilities
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards that align with luxury brand expectations
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Deliver an exceptional ownership experience before, during, and after the sale
