Requirements
- Previous automotive sales or luxury retail sales experience is a plus, but ambitious individuals looking to build a sales career are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury automotive brand
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming luxury-level dealership experience from the moment they arrive
- Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service throughout every step of the customer journey
- Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and confidently demonstrate Lexus vehicle technology, features, and benefits
- Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process from consultation to delivery
- Guide customers through financing options and complete sales application processes
- Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
- Maintain strong product knowledge of current Lexus inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology
- Coordinate and conduct test drives while highlighting luxury features and performance capabilities
- Maintain showroom presentation standards that align with luxury brand expectations
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve dealership sales goals
- Deliver an exceptional ownership experience before, during, and after the sale
