  • Valid Driver’s License: Required for test drives and vehicle deliveries

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with authenticity, take the time to understand their lifestyle and needs, and guide them toward the right Mazda vehicle.
  • Confidently showcase Mazda's innovative lineup, features, and technology in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Plan your day, manage your pipeline, and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding your sales goals.
  • Ensure every step from first conversation to final delivery is smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.
  • Hand over the keys with confidence and excitement, creating a memorable experience customers will talk about.
  • Work closely with finance, service, and leadership to provide a complete and elevated customer experience.
