About The Position

Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor, perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired, and explain features/benefits and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road. They will research availability of models using a computer database, work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. The role also involves walking the lot and visually inspecting inventory, delivering and familiarizing the customer with the vehicle, and assisting the Sales Manager with customer problems. A key aspect of this role is the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Requirements

  • Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean driving record or minimal violations.
