Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a high-line or ultra-luxury sales environment.
  • Experience in luxury automotive sales is a must.
  • A deep understanding of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a concierge-level customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with the high-net-worth market segment in a refined and approachable manner.
  • A genuine passion for luxury automobiles and the ability to speak to their craftsmanship, technology, and performance with enthusiasm.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record to ensure test drives and vehicle deliveries.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications to track and manage customer information, inventory, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet each customer with exceptional hospitality, building personalized relationships and understanding their unique automotive needs.
  • Offer detailed product demonstrations, showcasing the elegance, performance, and advanced features of our luxury vehicles.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of inventory to match customers with the ideal model, ensuring every vehicle aligns with their desires and lifestyle.
  • Work closely with our F&I and Sales Managers to negotiate and finalize terms, ensuring all requirements for the lease or purchase of a vehicle are met.
  • Coordinate with our team to deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring a flawless delivery experience.
  • Consistently provide proactive, thoughtful service that anticipates client needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Participate in luxury sales training, deepen your product knowledge, and embrace the Holman Way in every customer interaction.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across departments, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
