At The Good Feet Store, the Sales Consultant role is focused on helping people walk without pain, offering a meaningful experience rather than transactional retail. This is a consultative, patient-focused role where professionals are expected to welcome customers, create a calm and professional experience, listen carefully, and guide them through a proven process. The emphasis is on making people feel understood, supported, and confident in their decisions, taking the necessary time to ensure the job is done right.

Requirements

• Professional, polished, and composed
• Naturally empathetic—you care about people and it shows
• Detail-oriented and patient
• Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
• Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time
• Frequently kneel, squat, bend, and navigate low seating areas while assisting customers
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
