Requirements

Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused attitude with a track record of delivering positive experiences
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle sales process from start to finish
Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and paperwork
Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and used vehicles
Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions and sales activities
Present vehicle pricing, deal structures, and additional finance products
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
Stay current on vehicle products, features, accessories, and manufacturer training
Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
Generate business through phone calls, emails, prospecting, and referrals
