About The Position

Sun Tan City is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. Requirements

No Experience Required: We provide the training you need to succeed.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Responsibilities

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Benefits

Competitive Pay: Starting at $10.00/hour, with performance bonuses bringing average earnings up to $13.00/hour.
Performance-Based Raises: Receive a performance review after your 90-day introductory period, with the opportunity to earn up to a $0.25/hour raise. Additional biannual performance reviews provide opportunities for raises of up to $0.25/hour.
