About The Position

Sun Tan City is seeking enthusiastic and fun employees who are passionate about client service to join their team. This role offers a positive working environment with opportunities for advancement and leadership. As a Sales Consultant, you will help clients find their glow and grow their confidence by educating them on the best tanning and wellness options. You will also be responsible for basic computer skills, providing excellent customer service, engaging with clients, making recommendations for products and services, meeting sales requirements, and maintaining the cleanliness of the salon.

Requirements

Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Properly engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $10.00/hour , with performance bonuses bringing average earnings up to $13.00/hour .
