As a valuable member of our team, you will play a vital role in building relationships and contributing to a sales cycle that holds great significance for our seniors and community. Your role will encompass prospecting and community outreach, collaborating and networking with local businesses, engaging in referral partnerships, touring potential prospects, advancing them through the sales process, and participating in and hosting various events. A comprehensive understanding of our seniors and the levels of care offered (Independent Living (IL), Independent Supportive Living (ISL), Memory Care (MC), and Assisted Living (AL)), as well as the market area, is crucial. Your responsibilities will revolve around effectively managing the sales process, with a primary focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. This will necessitate possessing robust business acumen, including skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development.
