The Sales Consultant role is an opportunity to join one of the most recognised names in global aviation training with significant growth and redevelopment plans underway. This is a commercially focused role suited to someone looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced international sales environment. Aviation experience is advantageous, but not essential; curiosity, adaptability, commercial instinct, and the ability to build strong relationships are equally important. Working across international regions, you will engage with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders, from Chief Pilots and aircraft owners to operators, maintenance managers, and training coordinators. No two customer requirements are the same, making this a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning quickly, and operating in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Scheduling Teams, and Operations to help customers access world-class aviation training solutions across the latest aircraft OEM platforms. The role provides the opportunity to develop genuine commercial ownership, manage high-value customer relationships, and work across complex international training requirements.
