Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Present vehicle features, warranties, and financing options clearly
  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Track and manage sales activities to improve performance
