About The Position

Interstate Ford is seeking individuals with a professional image interested in helping customers choose the new or used vehicle that best meets their needs. We need your strong customer service skills and friendly personality to serve our loyal customer base. If you do not have vehicle sales experience, we will provide the training and tools you need. This is a rare opportunity at our dealership as our turnover is low.

Requirements

• 1 year of current or recent vehicle sales or dealership customer service experience, OR 1 year of current retail sales of any type
• Valid driver's license with a record acceptable to the company
• Ability to work a 5-day work week as assigned
• General computer skills to work in CDK
• Basic math skills
• High school graduate
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older

Nice To Haves

• College or vocational training a plus
