Requirements

  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Professional presence and steady follow-through
  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and conduct thoughtful needs assessments
  • Present vehicles clearly, aligning features, performance, and technology to guest priorities
  • Facilitate test drives and demonstrate vehicle operation with confidence
  • Guide guests through pricing, trade-in, and financing conversations with transparency
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and consistent follow-up
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs to finance and delivery teams
  • Build repeat and referral business through trust and consistency
  • Stay current on inventory, incentives, and competitive offerings
