Requirements

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
Strong communication and listening skills
Professional presence and steady follow-through
Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and conduct thoughtful needs assessments
Present vehicles clearly, aligning features, performance, and technology to guest priorities
Facilitate test drives and demonstrate vehicle operation with confidence
Guide guests through pricing, trade-in, and financing conversations with transparency
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and consistent follow-up
Coordinate seamless handoffs to finance and delivery teams
Build repeat and referral business through trust and consistency
Stay current on inventory, incentives, and competitive offerings
