- Candidates coming from other sales and customer-facing industries (real estate, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, fitness, insurance, finance, B2B sales, or another performance-driven environment)
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a professional, no-pressure buying experience
- Learn our Hyundai lineup and confidently demonstrate vehicle features and technology
- Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Prospect for new business and follow up with previous customers and leads
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage opportunities and follow-up
- Work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
- Represent the Hyundai of Beavercreek brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
