The primary function of the Sales Consultant is to drive home sales within the manufactured housing community by delivering a professional, responsive, and service-oriented experience to prospective buyers. The individual is responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiry through closing, including lead follow-up, home tours, application support, and transaction coordination. The Sales Consultant plays a key role in converting community traffic into home sales while maintaining a polished, welcoming, and customer-focused sales environment. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, self-motivated, and highly responsive, with the ability to build trust quickly, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and follow through with consistency and professionalism.
