Prior automotive experience is not required, as the company will provide training on products and processes. Skills developed in industries such as retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, real estate, customer service, telecommunications, fitness, and recruiting are transferable to automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
• Ask questions and listen to understand what the guest needs
• Help guests find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Conduct test drives and guide guests through the buying process
• Build relationships through consistent follow-up
• Work with our Finance team to help guests understand their purchasing options
• Stay knowledgeable about our vehicle lineup, current programs, and technology
• Work with your team to achieve individual and dealership goals
