About The Position

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) is growing and hiring Sales Consultants for their Salt Lake Territory expansion. This role involves conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects. The company is looking for talented individuals who can drive growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience, build rapport, and provide a superior homeowner experience with drive and motivation for top results. Newly hired individuals will start as Design Consultant Trainees in a multi-week training program covering classroom learning, hands-on training, and job shadowing, before transitioning to the Design Consultant role upon successful completion.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends
Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs
Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level
Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces
Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license
Use required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.
