About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is growing and hiring Sales Consultants for our Salt Lake Territory expansion. This role involves conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. The position offers a customer-focused, consultative selling experience with a focus on building rapport and providing a superior homeowner experience. Newly hired individuals will begin as Design Consultant Trainees in a multi-week training program, transitioning to the Design Consultant role upon successful completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
  • Ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs.
  • Ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level.
  • Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces.
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
  • Use required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.
