About The Position
Honda of Lincoln is hiring a Sales Consultant! We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused individual to join our sales team. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. We value a strong work history, a great attitude, and someone who is ready to learn and grow. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
Requirements
- Strong and consistent work history
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Provide a friendly, professional, and transparent buying experience
- Learn the Honda lineup, including gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
- Work with our team to achieve individual and dealership goals
