About The Position

Responsible for generating activity, sales, and market awareness around Nelbud Service lines. NELBUD is growing and we want you to grow with us. We are modernizing the ways of Fire Protection, Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning, Grease Trap Services, and more. Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair. Fire – Fire protection & suppression systems. Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting.

Requirements

  • Successful B2B sales experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach
  • CRM programs
  • Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera

Nice To Haves

  • Controls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle selling - prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment
  • Target key verticals - restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more
  • Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements
  • Work with prospects in a consultative manner as a life safety expert
  • Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
