About The Position

Mike Maroone Auto Group is hiring Sales Consultants for our Chevy North and VW dealerships. This role involves selling and leasing new and used vehicles, greeting customers, guiding them through the buying process, conducting needs assessments and test drives, building relationships for repeat business, using CRM tools for follow-up, and delivering vehicles while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience (auto sales a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-driven and competitive (in a healthy way)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease new & used vehicles
