About The Position

Harley-Davidson is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, administrative duties, and supporting dealership staff. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers, maintaining the reception area, and providing clerical support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Ability to sit, bend, and reach during vehicle demonstrations and deliveries.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
• Automotive experience a plus.
