About The Position

Harley-Davidson is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team. This role involves managing customer interactions, administrative duties, and supporting dealership operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, with automotive experience being a plus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Ability to sit, bend, and reach during vehicle demonstrations and deliveries.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
