About The Position
Fowler Jeep in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join their growing team. As part of a family-owned company with 50 years of experience and rapid expansion, Fowler Jeep aims to be the Number One Jeep store in Colorado. This role offers a unique work environment with views of the Rockies and Flatirons, situated on Pearl Parkway. The company is looking for individuals with positive attitudes, self-motivation, the ability to follow processes while thinking critically, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation for the team members is tracking at $60,000 annually on the low end, with many earning $100,000 or more.

Responsibilities
- Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
- Must be familiar with utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
