Serving the Longmont area, McDonald Mazda North stands out for its combination of thoughtful Mazda design and strong team values. Average compensation for this position is $50,000 with top performers earning $125,000+.

Requirements

  • Previous sales success (automotive a plus, but not required), ready to make an immediate impact.
  • Comfortable using digital tools to reach customers via video, text, and email in a friendly, professional way.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships that drive repeat and referral business – including relationship through entire automotive journey, ie, service, upgrades, parts, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presence and positive attitude.
  • Works well independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willing to learn, grow, and embrace change in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record, flexible availability (including Saturdays), and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of every lead, proactively engaging customers through phone, email, and digital tools to turn interest into action.
  • Guide customers through a seamless, personalized car buying journey and represent the dealership with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm at every customer touchpoint.
  • Become a go-to expert on all makes, models, features, and technology through hands-on manufacturer training. Keep up to date on new vehicles, features, and accessories, confidently presenting their value to customers to enhance their ownership experience.
  • Maintain a smart follow-up system that drives loyalty, repeat visits, and referrals, including after vehicle sale.
