Requirements

• No automotive experience required -- paid Mercedes-Benz brand training is provided from day one
• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or a guest-facing role strongly preferred
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and you earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career over time
• Clear, honest communicator -- Mercedes-Benz guests are informed and they appreciate a consultant who respects that
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard and you take that seriously

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through the Mercedes-Benz lineup with growing confidence and product knowledge -- connecting the brand's engineering, design, and technology to what matters most to each buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real experience -- not a scripted performance
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz product updates, technology features, and the EV and hybrid lineup
• Represent Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction
