Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Jewelry experience is not required—we will provide training
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and timely greeting to every customer
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Work closely with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform minor watch repairs (training provided)
- Complete sales paperwork, warranties, and guarantees accurately
- Properly handle and secure cash and the till
- Clean showcases and maintain store appearance
- Assist with inventory and merchandise presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
