About The Position

We are looking for three Spanish/ English speaking Sales Consultant to join our Cartiva of Central Point team! We are opening a high quality pre-owned automotive sales dealership in Central Point. This store will be part of the Grants Pass Automotive Group which includes Grants Pass Toyota, Grants Pass Honda, Grants Pass Nissan and Grants Pass Chevy. This store will be opening November 3,2026. This position is for a A-Z sales consultant. This sales consultant will be working with guest to find the vehicle that works for them, doing appraisals of trade in's, and doing all the financial paperwork that goes along with selling a vehicle. Current or previous sales experience preferred but not necessary, must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Come work for a business that puts the customer 1st! Requirements

Spanish/ English speaking and writing
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
