This role is vital in building relationships and contributing to a significant sales cycle for seniors and the community. The objective is to promote residences through prospecting and community outreach, collaborating with local businesses for referral partnerships, touring prospects, advancing them through the sales process, and participating in/hosting events. A comprehensive understanding of senior care levels (IL, ISL, MC, AL) and the local market is crucial. Responsibilities focus on managing the sales process to surpass occupancy and revenue targets, requiring strong business acumen including forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience and proven success in direct sales
  • Customer and relationship building focused sales experience
  • Experience in the development and execution of strategic sales action plans
  • Experience and ability in common business applications, including a CRM system
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the local community
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required)
  • Ability to connect with people
