About The Position

Pitcoff Law Group, a rapidly growing commercial litigation and business law firm based in New York City, is seeking a Sales Consultant to convert prospective-client inquiries and engage targeted outreach opportunities through structured, consultative conversations. This is a fully remote role with a strong preference for candidates based in or near New York City. You’ll collaborate directly with firm leadership and marketing to qualify opportunities, conduct consultations, and guide prospective clients from first contact to signed engagement. This is a professional sales position focused on building relationships, communicating value, assessing client needs, identifying the right fit, and driving results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience in a professional-services, financial, or high-value B2B environment
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding conversion or revenue targets
  • Skilled at conducting purposeful, client-focused conversations that build trust and lead to commitment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to executive-level decision-makers
  • Organized, disciplined, and self-directed in a remote environment
  • CRM-proficient
  • Results-driven and motivated by measurable success
  • Preferably based in or around New York City, with flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to assess needs, determine fit, and convert qualified opportunities into paying engagements
  • Manage a steady pipeline of prospective clients while proactively following up with prior inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach opportunities
  • Coordinate with attorneys and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions
  • Track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics within the firm’s CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve lead quality
  • Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and confidence across all client interactions
