Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work days nights, and/or weekends
• All Quirk employees must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, background, and motor vehicle record check (if applicable to position)

• Prior sales experience is a plus
• Clean driving record
• Prior experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
• Build a personal customer base that generates repeat and referral business
• Identify each customer's needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements
• Ability to recover quickly from setbacks
