Requirements

  • Comfortable talking with customers and building relationships
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
  • Competitive with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, texting, email, and social media
  • Professional in appearance and attitude
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create an outstanding first impression
  • Respond quickly to phone, internet, and digital sales leads
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs using a consultative sales approach
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and conduct professional test drives
  • Follow the Walt Massey sales process with every customer interaction
  • Guide customers confidently through the purchasing process
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems
  • Complete daily outreach through calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos
  • Follow up with previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Ask for reviews and referrals after each delivery
  • Use social media to promote inventory, deliveries, and dealership events
  • Participate in training, coaching, and personal development opportunities
