Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
  • Responding quickly to phone, internet, and digital inquiries
  • Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Following our proven sales process with every customer interaction
  • Building value and guiding customers confidently through the buying process
  • Managing customer communication through calls, texts, email, and CRM systems
  • Following up with sold and unsold customers to generate repeat business
  • Building a customer base through referrals and long-term relationships
  • Promoting inventory and customer deliveries through social media
  • Delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
