Requirements

Six months of Sales Experience Preferred
Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
Maintain proper follow up with customer within the CRM utilizing all tools within the system including, Video calling, phone calling, emailing, texting, and sending video presentations.
Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
Drive a Customer Survey Index above 90% by ensuring every new vehicle delivery meets high standards of customer satisfaction and overall experience.
Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
