About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Sales Consultant in Corpus Christi, Texas. The role develops and grows the business by identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate can identify customer needs, develop and present solutions, and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience; experience in Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging is preferred.
• Outstanding selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Contact customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and budget.
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items.
• Connect with lost accounts and re-establish relationships.
• Input sales orders.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems and needs.
• Attend sales and other meetings.
• Participate in all company spiffs and promotions.
• Follow Sales Training Policies.
