Requirements

2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred — automotive or similar fast-paced environment.
Previous dealership experience highly desirable; motivated newcomers with strong sales backgrounds encouraged to apply.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.
Excellent communication skills — bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and retail math principles.
Outstanding phone etiquette, relationship-building ability, and customer service orientation.
Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline through outbound sales and follow-up activity.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles from our Kia inventory.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting vehicle features, technology, and EV/hybrid capabilities.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and B2B interactions.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively and ethically.
Recommend additional products — warranties, accessories, and service packages — to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Stay current on Kia product lineup, EV technology, and industry trends.
Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the sales team.
