The role focuses on creating an outstanding customer buying experience, understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, presenting purchase options, and building lasting relationships. Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Automotive experience is not required-we'll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an outstanding buying experience
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the right Kia vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
• Present purchase and financing options with confidence
• Guide customers through the purchase process from start to finish
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM system
